ABOUT RANDY MACCHI

Confident Leadership Coaching is the brainchild of Randy Macchi, a lawyer and business executive that built his career on embracing obstacles in order to help his teams perform at the highest level. 

His first leadership opportunity came at age 18 when he was promoted to lead a robust team of 60 retail sales associates at big-box music retailer Mars Music.  Lessons learned at an early age at Mars have been pivotal in his professional development ever since.

Randy received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University while he worked as a floor supervisor for a global IT helpdesk, leading agents that provided technical support around-the-clock in more than 30 languages.  He later earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center where he served as the executive chair of the moot court team and as an officer in the Student Bar Association. 

His legal career began as a trial lawyer, but quickly developed into corporate representation where he helped businesses not only avoid legal pitfalls, but develop the operational strategies needed for continued success.  This provided Randy with numerous opportunities to serve in the most senior executive roles including Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for various companies, small and large.
